  • When and where is Weald Fest taking place?

Weald Fest is on Saturday, July 18th, at The Weald School, Station Road, Billingshurst. RH149RY. Between 11:30 and 21:30

  • Is there parking available?

Yes, we have free onsite parking for visitors. Stewards will guide you on arrival.

  • Is the event suitable for children?

Absolutely! Weald Fest is a family-friendly event with children’s activities, food, music, and a dog show.

  • Where does the money raised go?

Proceeds support The Weald School Charitable Trust,

  • Can I bring my dog?

Yes, dogs are welcome on leads and can even take part in our Dog Show! Please ensure they are well-behaved and cleaned up after.

All dogs in the Dog show must have public liability insurance

  • Can I bring a chair?

Yes! We’d love for families to bring chairs and picnic blankets to set up a cozy home base for a full day of entertainment and fun.

  • Security Notice – Bag Checks at Entry

To help keep Weald Fest safe and enjoyable for everyone, our friendly security team will be carrying out brief bag checks at the entrance.

  • What’s Not Allowed at Weald Fest?

Alcohol Notice
Due to licensing regulations, alcohol brought in from outside is not permitted on site, which includes 0% alcohol products.

But don’t worry! We have licensed bars available where you can relax and enjoy a drink in the sun.

No Drugs
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on site.

No Glass, Please
To help keep everyone safe, glass bottles, jars, and containers are not permitted on site.

No Knives or Sharp Objects
To ensure the safety of all our visitors, knives, weapons, and sharp tools are not allowed on site.

Weald Fest is a vibrant community summer show in Billingshurst, West Sussex, bringing together families, friends, and local residents for a full day of live entertainment, attractions, and fundraising. Taking place on Saturday 18th July from 11:30am to 9:45pm, this exciting Billingshurst summer event celebrates the 70th anniversary of The Weald School while raising vital funds for The Weald School Charitable Trust, ending with an amazing firework display at 9:45pm.
