Weald Fest is on Saturday, July 19th, at The Weald School, Station Road, Billingshurst. RH149RY. Between 11:00 – 17:00

  • What’s Not Allowed at Weald Fest?

No Alcohol – Due to licensing regulations, offsite alcohol is not permitted We do have licensed bars available on site, so you can enjoy a drink in the sun. This also covers 0%

No Drugs – llegal substances are not tolerated under any circumstances.

No Glass – Glass bottles, jars, or containers are not allowed.
We aim to keep the site safe for all visitors

No Knives or Sharp Objects – For everyone’s safety, no knives, weapons, or sharp tools are permitted.

  • Is there parking available?

Yes, we have free onsite parking for visitors. Stewards will guide you on arrival.

  • Is the event suitable for children?

Absolutely! Weald Fest is a family-friendly event with children’s activities, food, music, and a dog show.

  • Security Notice – Bag Checks at Entry

To help keep Weald Fest safe and enjoyable for everyone, our friendly security team will be carrying out brief bag checks at the entrance.
This is a routine part of our safety measures and only takes a moment. Please be prepared and patient as you arrive – your cooperation is really appreciated!

Proceeds support The Weald School Charitable Trust,

  • Can I bring my dog?

Yes, dogs are welcome on leads and can even take part in our Dog Show! Please ensure they are well-behaved and cleaned up after.

All dogs in the Dog show must have public liability insurance
